  • Educational Technology journals list
    Our purpose is to be the highest quality directory of educational software resources on the Web. Our intended audience are educators, students, parents, and anyone else interested in educational software and technology.

  • BUBL electronic journals and text resources list
    Based at the University of Strathclyde, The Centre for Digital Library Research (CDLR) was set up as a joint initiative by the Information Resources Directorate and the Department of Computer and Information Sciences and aims to work across both departments. Key aims are to 'combine theory with practice in innovative ways' and be a centre of research excellence in the area of distributed digital information and learning environments.

  • Australian electronic journals
    AJOL is the National Library of Australia's database of Australian electronic journals, newspapers, magazines, webzines, newsletters and e-mail fanzines. The database provides details and links to over 2000 titles that include local and overseas works with Australian content, authorship and/or emphasis as well as entries for sites which advertise or promote Australian journals.

  • Journal of Technology Education
    DLA, a department in the University Libraries at Virginia Tech, began in 2000 with the merger of the Scholarly Communications Project (SCP) and Special Collections Department. SCP's focus since 1991 has been to work with the University community to host born-digital works such as faculty-edited electronic journals and ETDs completed by VT graduate students. Special Collections focuses on preserving and providing access to rare books, manuscript collections, and the University Archives.

  • JSTOR
    JSTOR is a digital archive collection of core scholarly journals. It is unique in that complete archives of these journals have been digitised, starting with the very first issues, many of which were published as far back as the nineteenth century.

  • CIT INFOBITS
    Infobits is an electronic service of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ITS Teaching and Learning's Center for Instructional Technology. Each month the CIT's Information Resources Consultant monitors and selects from a number of information and instructional technology sources that come to her attention and provides brief notes for electronic dissemination to educators.

  • The Computer Journal
    The Computer Journal publishes research papers in a full range of subject areas, as well as regular feature articles and occasional themed issues to enable readers to easily access information outside their direct area of research. The journal provides a complete overview of developments in the field of Computer Science.

  • Convergence
    The refereed journal Convergence: The International Journal of Research into New Media Technologies was launched in 1995 by members of the Media, Art & Design Department at the then University of Luton (UK), and became a quarterly in 1997. In August 2006 the University of Luton became the University of Bedfordshire.

  • Ariadne the Internet Magazine for Librarians and Information Specialists
    Ariadne is a Web magazine for information professionals in archives, libraries and museums in all sectors. Since its inception in January 1996 it has attempted to keep the busy practitioner abreast of current digital library initiatives as well as technological developments further afield. It concentrated originally on reporting in depth to the information community at large on progress and developments within the UK Electronic Libraries Programme (eLib), covering matters such as information service developments and information networking issues worldwide. It now additionally reports on newer JISC-funded programmes and services as well as developments in the field of Museums, Libraries and Archives within the UK and abroad.

    The Computing Research Association (CRA) seeks to strengthen research and advanced education in computing and allied fields. It does this by working to influence policy that impacts computing research, encouraging the development of human resources, contributing to the cohesiveness of the professional community and collecting and disseminating information about the importance and the state of computing research. Each plays an important role in achieving the organizational objectives.

  • The National Teaching and Learning Forum
    The National Teaching and Learning Forum began publication in the fall of 1991 as a joint venture with the ERIC Clearinghouse on Higher Education. ERIC/HE already published a series of short books reviewing research literature on various higher education topics, and it embraced the idea of The National Teaching and Learning Forum warmly as an extension of its mission.

    Internet Resources Newsletter is a free monthly electronic newsletter, edited by Heriot-Watt University Library staff and published by Heriot-Watt University. The newsletter aims to raise awareness of new sources of information on the Internet, particularly those which are relevant to research interests at Heriot-Watt University, including engineering, science, and social science.
