Register of External Examiners

ICS is hosting a database of external examiners and potential external examiners in the Information and Computer Science disciplines.

The purposes of the database are as follows:

  • To build a network of external examiners to whom we can offer support in the role, especially as that role changes to include more input into programme design and quality enhancement.
  • To make it easier for departments to find external examiners.
  • To help the process of people becoming external examiners.


How do I add my details to the register?

Please complete the registration form to add your details to the database. To able to amend your record at a later date please ensure that you create a username and password at the end of the registration process.

Note due to the provisons of the 1998 Data Protection Act we can only build this database from records submitted personally.

 

How do I update my details once they're in the database?

Log in at the your account page to update your record. If you do not have a username and password, contact ICS (heacademy-ics@ulster.ac.uk).

 

How do I search the database?

The database is held on a secure, password-protected area of our website, only available for use by Deans or Heads of Departments. If you are eligible and would like to use this service, please contact us (heacademy-ics@ulster.ac.uk) in the first instance.
