Furthering the involvement of disabled students in HE

Thu 16th Oct, 2008

The Disability Equality Partnership (DEP) are inviting expressions of interest from institutions who would like to increase and embed the engagement of disabled students in a strategic and an ongoing basis within institutional policy and practice.

Running between November 2008 and August 2009, the project aims to further and mainstream the involvement of disabled students within higher education institutions (HEIs).  There will be room for seven HEIs (6 in England and 1 in Wales) who believe they would benefit from working with the DEP and other institutions to further their work in this area.

The expression of interest form, along with the submission guidelines, can be downloaded from the website at:

All expression of interest forms should be submitted to by 12 noon, Friday 7 November 2008.
