Knowledge Management case study
Description
The content of these materials cover the process of planning, procuring and implementing a corporate portal in an organisation. Although the focus is firmly on the practical elements of such a project, the resources also aim to encourage students to engage with the theoretical aspects inherent in the management of any large-scale IT implementation project.
