The University of Kent is connected to the EDUROAM infrastructure. Being part of eduroam allows users to access a wireless network at a visited institution (also connected to eduroam) simply using the same credentials (for instance, username and password) the users would use if they were at their home institution. Booking Conditions
1. Full payment must accompany all applications. Places are allocated strictly in order of receipt of payment.

2. Cancellations can be accepted only if received in writing not later than Friday 15th August 2009. This will incur a 50% charge for administrative costs. Substitutions can be made at any time.

3. The registration fee will cover coffee breaks, lunches and the conference dinner (not breakfast).

4. The organisers reserve the right to make amendments to the programme without notice, if required.
