Abstract
This paper describes an innovative method developed to support interactive teaching and learning in the area of interaction design. The method focuses on involving design practitioners in the educational process in order to facilitate students' acquisition of today's design skills. This involvement consists in presentations and demonstration of different design methods or techniques. The sessions have been video-recorded and the material is made available online. The paper offers a reflection on the outcomes of implementing this method. The most important one is a video library of training resources that constitutes an invaluable support for students and educators interested in the field of interaction design.
