The ICS Subject Centre would like to offer an Information & Library
Studies / Science (ILS) strand at this years conference and, alongside the
general call for papers, we would like to encourage contributions from the ILS communities on a number of related topics. Submissions for papers,
workshops and posters are welcomed.
These topics are:
- Computer Aided Assessment for ILS
- Ethics in the curriculum
- Computer Ethics
- Plagiarism
- Teaching Information Architecture
- Teaching of web design in ILS courses
We are particularly interested in encouraging submissions relating to the
teaching of information architecture with a view to publishing a special
issue of ITALICS, the ICS peer-reviewed electronic journal, in 2007.
